Real estate advisor Savills has appointed Nicholas Hare as an associate in its healthcare and senior living team, which sits within the firm’s operational capital markets (OCM) division, based at Savills London head office,
Hare most recently worked at SportsFi, a corporate finance advisory boutique where he was a director in the capital markets team and responsible for the global capital markets function, developing relationships across the US and Europe. Before this, he was head of capital markets at Glenhawk, a short-term real estate lender.
Caryn Donahue, head of senior housing transactions at Savills OCM, said: “Nick has substantial capital markets experience, so his hiring comes at an ideal time, with our recent pan-European ‘Investor sentiment survey’ showing that 43% of investors are looking to increase their exposure to senior housing by 2025.
