Care home design and construction business Savista Developments has appointed Graham Hill as construction director to lead the build and fit out of its sister companies: Hallmark’s care homes and Santhem Residences’ retirement communities.
Hill has nearly 40 years’ experience in construction and previously worked for Balfour Beatty’s London region as managing director.
Kevin Shaw, chief executive of Savista Developments and Santhem Residences said: “Graham brings with him a huge amount of experience working on projects exceeding £100 million, which will help us to execute our vision as we set out to create outstanding environments for Hallmark Care Homes’ and Santhem residents.”
Hill added: “I am really pleased to have joined Savista Developments at a time when the business and its portfolio are undergoing a period of exciting growth. With further expansion planned and many new projects in the pipeline, there is a clear opportunity to increase our market share across both the care home and assisted living sectors, something I am looking forward to playing an active role in straight away, working closely with the Kevin, colleagues and external stakeholders.”
