Sequence Care Group, a provider of specialist care services for adults with complex learning disabilities, has appointed Steve Crawley as commercial director, overseeing sales, marketing and commercial operations.

Crawley was previously regional sales and marketing director at Sodexo Home Care UK & Ireland, where he oversaw commercial activity for four home care providers. Before that, he led marketing at Sage Housing, an affordable housing platform, and was marketing director at the Department of Economic Development for the Isle of Man government.

Sequence has also appointed Holly Pullinger as head of property. Pullinger has extensive experience of managing property in the adult social care sector and has worked as an investment surveyor for Octopus Real Estate to source development opportunities in care homes and retirement living sector and was a senior development manager for Perseus Land and Developments.

Nicola Ward has been appointed communications manager. With more than a decade of experience in communications, Ward joins Sequence following multiple roles in the health, consumer and charity sectors. Her experience includes internal and external communications at Marie Curie, National Lottery Heritage Fund, Diabetes UK, Barnardo’s and the Great Place to Work Institute.
