Coleshill, Warwickshire-based skincare group SK:N has appointed Ryan Vince as chief marketing officer.

Vince was previously head of customer experience at Portman Dental for two years. Before that, he was head of marketing and digital with Halfords Autocentres for three years.

SK:N’s chief executive Darren Grassby said: “His appointment represents a key part of our overall strategy to enhance our strong client focus. I look forward to working closely with Ryan to take our values and service to the next level.”

Vince commented: “I am excited to be joining the UK’s leading medical aesthetics group at such an important point in its growth trajectory. I am keen to lead the marketing and commercial teams to ensure our strategy delivers on the business objectives during this next stage in the company’s evolution.”

SK:N operates four clinic brands from 95 clinics across the UK. Since being backed by private equity firm TriSpan in February 2019, the group has completed six main bolt-on acquisitions.

Carter Schwartz’s managing director, Adam Carter advised on the appointment.
