Totally‚Äôs chief executive Wendy Lawrence said: “Delivering the right care, first time, every time is at the core of what we do. The NHS trusts Totally to deliver services to more than two million patients each year, and this means ensuring that every one of our services is safe and that a culture of excellence underpins everything we do. As our organisation grows, so must our focus and the addition of a medical director role at board level reflects the growth we have delivered to date and will ensure that we can continue to maintain quality services as we grow even further.”
