UDG Healthcare has appointed Myles Lee as a non-executive director. The company delivers commercial, clinical, communications and packaging services to the healthcare industry.
Lee brings more than 30 years of experience at senior financial and managerial level.
Prior to his retirement in December 2013, Lee served as group chief executive of CRH, a FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 company. He also currently serves on the board of Ingersoll Rand.
His appointment to UDG Healthcare will come into effect on 1 April 2017.
Company chairman Peter Gray commented: "We are delighted that Myles has agreed to join the Board. His intimate involvement in helping build CRH, a global company which became a world leader through organic and acquisitive growth, will bring great experience to UDG as we continue to build our business."
Employing nearly 8,000 people, UDG Healthcare has operations in 23 countries, and serves more than 50 countries.
