Usay Compare: Mark Noble
Usay Compare, an independent intermediary for private medical insurance (PMI) today announced the appointment of Mark Noble (pictured) as its managing director and board member, responsible for driving the growth of the business alongside founders Kim Tomkins and Andrew Hall, and tasked with introducing new propositions and platforms to market.
Noble has more than 25 years’ financial services industry experience having spent over 20 years at Aviva. Noble began his career there as a sales consultant, progressing through the company to become chief executive of global health and finally managing director of Aviva Health & Individual Protection. While responsible for four million customers and 1,200 employees at Aviva, Noble also had a key role in launching healthcare into new markets across Asia and Canada.
Noble said: “I have joined Usay Compare at an exciting time for the business as we continue to grow and innovate in the health insurance market. I’ve enjoyed a successful career on the insurer side and now I’m looking forward to a challenging strategic leadership role in the intermediary world.
“PMI is a life-changing product for customers. It’s absolutely essential that we get the message out there to people about what PMI can do for them and the importance of investing in and protecting the nation’s health.”
Usay Compare director Tomkins added: “Mark is the right choice to lead our business into its next stage of growth. He has extensive skills and experience in the insurance market and we are sure that he will prove to be an invaluable addition to our leadership team as we expand our footprint in the UK market.”
