PharmaVivant: Kelly Morris
London-based home care provider Vivant has appointed Kelly Morris as director of care operations.
Morris has worked in care career for more than 20 years, with 18 of those spent leading home care services. Her background includes a focus on older care, dementia care, long-term conditions, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, spinal injuries, and end-of-life care.
A registered manager and nominated individual with the Care Quality Commission, Morris holds full qualifications in leadership and management in health and social care, with specialisation in end-of-life care, safeguarding and medication.
In previous roles she has jointly chaired monthly safeguarding panels with local authority safeguarding leads and overseen nursing recruitment for a group of 35 care homes. She has also worked as an area manager for home care branches across multiple London boroughs, Most recently Morris was homecare operations director at Excelcare, leading a team responsible for supporting 230 adults.
