PharmaBevan Brittan adds four partners to independent health and social care team
UK law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed four new partners in its national independent health and social care team. These are: Andrew Spicer, Anna Davies, James Gutteridge and Letitia Winterflood-Blood.
The moves follow the recent promotion of partner Sarah Skuse as head of the independent health and social care real estate team, as reported earlier this month.
Spicer advises on a range of corporate M&A and restructuring transactions and joint ventures, while commercial and Davies supports organisations on a wide variety of complex patient service issues at the interface between the NHS and independent sector, including social care contracts. Gutteridge is an employment lawyer with particular expertise in advising health clients and Winterflood-Blood focuses on commercial ventures within the national and international healthcare sector.
The appointments come at a time of significant and rapid growth for Bevan Brittan’s independent health and social care team, the firm said.
Vincent Buscemi, partner and head of independent health and social care at Bevan Brittan, said: “Our team has gone from strength to strength in recent years and these well-deserved appointments are both an indicator of success and our ambition. Andrew, Anna, James and Letitia have incredible skills and proven track records in their respective fields and they all have a vital role to play as we develop our offering in the health and care sectors.”
