Browne Jacobson has promoted Jonathan Fuggle to partner at its Birmingham clinical negligence team.
Fuggle (pictured) joined Browne Jacobson as an associate in 2004, and specialises in clinical negligence claims on behalf of the National Health Service Litigation Authority.
From 1996 until 2004, he was an associate at Freeth Cartwright.
Simon Tait, head of health law at Browne Jacobson, said: “His experience and skills in handling complex, high value claims for the NHS Litigation Authority makes his appointment an excellent addition to the team and will further add to our reputation in this area.
